Team Lead-RN ICU Full-time 12 hour rotating shifts

Fulfills the needs of the patients, families and
community by performing a variety of patient care functions and tasks
in accordance with his/her licensure, certification,training and
regulatory requirements. Responds effectively to new and
changing work assignments. Must be able to perform a variety of
skills necessary to take care of critically ill patients
including:hemodynamic monitoring; cardioversion/defibrillation
and pacemakers; mechanical respiratory support devices; various forms
of renal support; cardiac rhythm interpretation; conscious sedation;
pain management.  RequirementsGraduation from an accredited school of nursing
Minimum of 1-2 years current ICU experience
Current RN licensure in the District of Columbia (or licensed eligible)
Current CPR card
Current ACLS (or receive certification within 90 days of hire)
Successfully completing the Nurse Career Battery
