Cisco VoIP Engineer

What you need for this position:

- Associates degree required
- CCNA required
- 1+ years of experience deploying and/or operating Cisco Network products or Unified Communications
- Ability to travel up to 25%

What youll be doing:

-Provide both Network and Unified Communications support to Senior Network Engineers during post-sales implementation and operation
- Aid in racking and cabling network equipment, configuring network infrastructure and UC applications, assembling and deploying Cisco IP Phones, and capturing relevant configuration for documentation
- Train end users on the standard operation of Cisco IP Phones, as well as certain Unified Communications Applications
