Technical Enterprise Architect



Job Description:

Architect and design internet and intranet based web solutions using Microsoft (MS) ASP .NET v4.0 with VB.Net and C#, workflows, entity framework, web services as well as SQL Server 2003 through 2008. Solutions must address federal information security and web standards.

Lead the design and development of systems for new and existing complex systems including web sites, web forms, templates, layouts using Team Foundation server as the Content Management System. Maintain existing and develop new system interfaces based on XML, coma separate values, flat files, MS Excel etc. Utilize coding and development standards to ensure consistent and reliable results and provide required documentation. Develop ad hoc query and canned reports for project stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

8-10 years hands-on experience architecting, designing and developing complex web solutions
Strong VB.NET and C# experience. Strong Object Oriented Analysis and Design skills
Strong database (MS SQL Server) experience including database / schema design, development of tables, stored procedures, triggers and views.

Extensive experience in quality assurance build and testing processes including but not limited to Team Foundation Server automated build process, defect tracking and resolution and problem identification and resolution.

Extensive experience with Design Patterns, XML, Web Services, SOAP, SOAP Extensions, AJAX, N-Tier development
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to conduct Source Code reviews
Technical writing experience preferred
Knowledge of Agile Development Methodology
Experience performing independent site design and data integration tasks
Knowledge of 508 Compliance
Experience in resolving performance and security issues for web applications
Working experience in maintaining source code and deploying applications
Experience with web content management system and Web Server technology such as Internet Information Server (IIS).
