CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned, management and IT contracting company seeks to hire HandySoft BizFlow programmers to spearhead its efforts in the Washington, DC, area. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, responsible self-starter who works effectively both independently and as a member of a team. The selected individual will work all phases of the development lifecycle including analysis, construction, and testing. Our work environment is fast paced, dynamic, and results driven. Opportunities to utilize new technologies are commonplace among our projects.  RequirementsThe ideal candidate will:
Have experienced a minimum of one year using Handysoft Bizflow
Used BizFlow in previous projects
Commit to quality
Have background in testing software application
Analyze and refine business and functional requirements
Plan and approach for analyzing, categorizing, and managing requirements
Define testing objectives and verify that requirements are testable
Conduct effective requirements reviews to improve the quality of requirements and deliverables
Have knowledge of PM methodology
Be familiar with Agile methodology
Anticipate issues, think proactively, and use critical thinking skills to plan stakeholder elicitation sessions
Have prior experience in designing web applications
Prior experience in designing web applications
Research and resolve most of the issues independently
Respond directly with customers through email to phone if necessary
Enter, update, and track issues from inception through resolution
Process improvement

Possess strong written and oral communication skills
Have a can-do attitude
Good time management skills
Worked with BizFlow software in projects

Desirable Certifications:

PMP certified

Minimum Level of Education:

(Other education, commensurate experience and demonstrated ability of individual may be substituted.)

Associates Degree (AS) or several core classes towards a BS in Computer Science or Information Systems.
