PSG provides long term, short term and contract positions in a wide variety of fields.   We are currently looking for an experienced Management Analyst 1management analyst job description 
  • Provide support for activities in both the Science Planning Branch and the Program Evaluation Branch.
  • Work with staff to prepare briefing and reporting materials and documents for various audiences.
  • Work with staff to collect programmatic data and research documents; gather and organize information from selected sources to respond to requests for information.
  • Update and maintain electronic calendar for staff; schedule appointments and make arrangements for meetings; make room and audiovisual reservations; prepare agendas; prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Develop and prepare PowerPoint presentations and materials.
  • Provide support for a variety of conferences, meetings and program activities.
  • Submit status reports on projects/assignments.
  • Update and maintain spreadsheets and tracking tools; perform data entry, consolidation, synthesis and analysis.
  • Prepare summaries and reports based on analysis of findings and recommendations.
  • Maintain continuity of shared electronic databases.
  • Prepare travel orders, authorizations and vouchers for staff; maintain copies of all documents in established office file.
  • Work products and documents related to providing support for activities for Science Planning Branch and Program Evaluation Branch; prepare briefing and reporting materials and documents; collect data and research documents; gather and organize information.
  • Work products and documents related to updating and maintaining electronic calendar; schedule appointments and meetings; make room and audiovisual arrangements; prepare agendas and meeting minutes; prepare PowerPoint presentations and briefing materials.
  • Work products and documents related to updating and maintaining spreadsheets and tracking tools; perform data entry, consolidation, synthesis and analysis; maintain continuity of shared electronic databases.
  • Work products and documents related to preparing travel orders, authorizations and vouchers; prepare status reports and summaries
 
  • POTS – Purchasing Online Tracking System
  • GovTrip – Travel System
  • NIHITS (NIH Integrated Training System) II is an electronic database system used by NIH staff to create training nominations, electronically route them for approvals and funds obligation, and interface with the ADB and CAS as well as other NIH systems
  • ITAS – Integrated Time and Attendance System
  • MS Office Components – (Proficient maintaining group calendar and email groups in Outlook)
  • Ideal tours: 8:30am-5pm; 8:00am-4:30pm
   Requirements  Requirements 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related experience.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communications skills, both oral and written.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.
