  • Manage cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship program for mid-level and recurring monthly donors and prospects as well as other assigned prospects
  • Increase revenue, solidify relationships, and gather information on donors and prospects to identify growth for the mid-level and monthly recurring donor programs
  • Maintain weekly activity of face-to-face visits and contacts with donors and prospects. Conduct 75 annual visits
  • Organize and conduct donor and prospect tours of programs
  • Draft appeal mailings for mid-level and recurring monthly donor segments
  • Draft highly personalized and substantive correspondence, proposals, stewardship reports and other written materials. Prepare acknowledgement letters, proposals, talking points, donor/prospect profiles and donor lists as needed
  • Manage gift acknowledgement and stewardship process for mid-level and recurring monthly donors donors as well other targeted and strategic annual giving segments
  • Coordinate strategies with Direct Mail Manager to move donors from the direct response program to the annual giving program as well move one-time donors to monthly recurring donors
  • Maintain and report annual giving-related information in The Raiser’s Edge database. Develop and prepare reports as requested
  • Participate as requested in Major Gift and Planned Giving strategy and internal prospecting and Moves Management meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including attending and working at annual events hosted by Catholic Charities
 Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Two years or more of experience in related work
  • Enthusiastic and positive team-player with a genuine interest in multiple aspects of fundraising
  • Outgoing and resilient personality
  • Face to face fundraising or sales experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong initiative and the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment are required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to be flexible with assignments/priorities reflecting changing needs of department
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience in The Raiser’s Edge or relational databases is a plus
  • Familiarity with major search engines, including WealthEngine and Foundation Center is a plus
