• POSITION SUMMARY:

  Responsible for all activities associated with payer contracting, monitoring and management processes, overseeing financial analysis and future direction of all current and proposed commercial and governmental payer arrangements, rates, terms and payer performance.

   Requirements

  Bachelors degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or related field required.

  Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare managed care, reimbursement, or provider relations experience required. Experience in physician enterprise, medical group, or in provider relations in managed care preferred.

  Demonstrated knowledge of managed care contracts and reimbursement issues required.

  Strong database and spreadsheet development, analytical, presentation and communication skills required.
