Executive Technical Program Manager at Washington

Force 3 is currently looking for a dynamic and technical Executive Technical Program Manager to join our team. This PM will be focused on managing a multi-million dollar program focused on Cisco SmartNet. The Executive PM will manage an Associate Program Manager. Together, this team will work to establish the PMO for the contract.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Associate PM to establish PMO.
• Report and track TAC cases.
• Technical and case reporting.
• Perform network reconciliations.
• Manage Cisco programs and projects.
• Work closely with Cisco Engineers and help escalate to the CNS group.
• Provide data and delivery on time to customer.
• Track new hardware and software.
• Will be using Cisco online tools.

 Requirements

• Must have 10-12 years of Technical Project Management experience.
• Must have experience managing large technical programs.
• Bachelors Degree required.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Experience with Cisco products a plus.
• Must be extremely organized and detail oriented.
• Must demonstrate a strong sense of self-motivation and direction.
• Must be a team player.
• Must have Advanced level of Excel skills. High level of reporting will be executed in this position.
