DC Aikido Martial Arts & Leadership Academy provides the following services to youth and adult students:

1. Japanese Martial Arts Classes;
2. Leadership Development Courses;
3. Elite Training Camps;
4. Character-Building Events & Activities;

THE POSITION: Sales Representative

This is an excellent sales and marketing/business development opportunity with the following responsibilities:

1. Grow and manage youth and adult martial arts memberships;
2. Develop and manage youth and adult specialty training camps;
3. Increase revenue in ancillary youth and adult events and activities.

The Membership Director reports directly to the Owner of the Academy.

COMPENSATION:

- On target: $30,000 - $39,000
- 25k base plus commission
- Year-end performance bonus.

All training will be provided including:

1. Sales and marketing techniques;
2. Time management;
3. Leadership development;
4. Project Management.
