As our Intervention & Assessment Consultant you will manage and support Family-Teachers and Assistant Family-Teachers in assigned homes operations. You will also oversee proper implementation of and compliance with the I&A Program. Overall, the Consultant will supervise the service of youth, develop skills of Family-Teachers and Assistant Family-Teachers, foster family engagement and participate in presentations and committees.

To be considered for this unique opportunity you will need:

• Bachelors degree in social or behavioral sciences; Masters degree preferred


• 1-2 years of experience working with at-risk youth and families; Boys Town Model experience preferred


• Knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to youth care


• Ability to work effectively with youth, families, staff, and support agencies. Ability to work with children and families from diverse backgrounds and cultures.


• Ability to quickly make decisions in sensitive and sometimes critical areas and adapt responses to situations while maintaining procedural and regulatory integrity


• Ability to communicate with an articulate, professional manner while maintaining necessary degree of confidentiality


• Must provide own transportation (Mileage reimbursed) to complete travel requirements of the job


• This position is available to Family Teaching staff on a 24/7 basis.
