Marketing Magazine recently included us in their Top 10 Agencies of the Year!We are currently looking for a Brand Ambassador to join our innovative, growing company for a1 day in-market promotional activation, with the opportunity to participate in future Mosaic initiatives throughout the year.This position is primarily responsible for engaging with and informing consumers while ensuring guests attending have a memorable experience. If you enjoy consumer products, working in a fast-paced environment, large-scale consumer eventsand can educate consumers onour clients family ofproducts, then we want to speak with you!Activation HoursTraining TBDActivation TBD*Note: All hours are tentative and subject to changeThe Brand Ambassador will:- Engage consumers and share key messages about the benefits of our clients product
- Engage consumers to ensure participation at our fun activation site
- Assist in set up and tear down of event site elements
- Be comfortable sharing brand messages in both English and Spanish
- Confidently lead simple, fun dance moves to engage consumers
- Maintain working knowledge of client product in order to be a subject matter expert
- Create a buzz to gain consumer attention
- Enthusiastically create memorable brand experiences for consumers
- Present a professional appearance and wear specifically required apparel
- Attend mandatory training prior to event activation
- Be on-site on time for training and event activation

- Exceptional written and verbal skills - you have a strong sense of yourself that contributes to ease in this area
- Comfortable communicating with client contacts
- Figure it out attitude - you have a keen ability to problem solve and realize that problems will arise - when they do you dont panic!
- Basic business skills that come easily to you - time management, problem solving and communication skills are inherent
- Open to coaching - you respond well to feedback and dont present a know it all attitude
- Energetic and Enthusiastic - comfortable leading consumers into event site and leading simple, fun dances
- Flexible - you understand that this is not a typical 9-5 job. Things can and will change.
- Bilingual - with knowledge of English and Spanish is required.
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Previous promotional experience, especially in the bilingual sector
- Energetic and enjoy working at large-scale consumer events
- Enjoy working in a team environment & engaging consumers
- Availability to work all activation and training hours
- Regular physical activity may be required, e.g., setting up promotional materials, comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
