Come join our team! OMNISEC International Security Services, Inc., a subsidiary of OMNIPLEX, is seeking qualified applicants for an upcoming Shift Supervisor position in Northern, VA.

POSITION IS EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS ELIBIGLE - CATEGORY 5

Job Duties: Manage a multi-site uniformed protective force upwards of 30-plus armed and unarmed security officers; Ensure security team has the knowledge, skills, and training to effectively perform their duties; Provide overall direction of Team for quality performance; Ensure two-way communications between OMNISEC and the client; Coordinate and complete all contract requirements; Keep corporate officials informed of all project-related issues; Support recruitment efforts proactively to ensure full staffing; Manage to budget and ensure timekeeping is accurate and timely; Other duties as assigned..

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen;
• Must be at least 21 years of age;
• Must have high school diploma with 2 years higher education, related work experience my be subsituted for education;
• Must have at least 5 years guard service/military police experience with 3 years as a supervisor;
• Must have working knowledge of C-Cure 800 security systems;
• Must have working knowledge of CCTV systems;
• Must have valid Virginia state guard license;
• Must pass background investigation, including DMV, criminal and/or credit checks;
• Must be able to read, speak and understand English language fluently; and
• Must have intermediate written English skills, including ability to prepare detailed written reports and fill out forms.
• Must be available for contact 24/7.
