Patient Account Representative- Cardiology Associates Job at Washington

Cardiology Associates is seeking a medical receptionist with patient account/billing experience. This position is responsible for greeting visitors, customers, and vendors in the practices administrative office. This position is also responsible for managing all incoming calls and forwarding them to the appropriate recipient.The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and at least two years of medical office experience. Candidates must have ability to follow detailed processes and multi-task. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
