Job Description

An award-winning organization in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Health Care Recruiter possessing exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage on-going maintenance.  As a Health Care Recruiter, you must work independently and as a team to recruit and market highly skilled employees to clients.

The ideal candidate is responsible for maintaining a high level of recruiting activity, servicing departments , building professional relationships with management and executive staff, and delivering highly qualified candidates.  Additionally, you will be responsible for all steps associated with the identification, placement and management of employees from inception to completions; timely and accurate follow-up on request fulfillment, initiate contact with existing managers.
