Joes Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab restaurant - created by Lettuce Entertain You in partnership with the original Joes in Miami - offers a tempting selection of steaks and seafood: succulent bone-in steaks, our famous Stone Crab claws, and the classic Key Lime pie. Tableside service is offered for dishes such as Dover sole and Alaskan King crab; other jet-fresh seafood dishes and even fried chicken round out the menu. With a classic menu served in a timeless setting by knowledgeable wait staff, Joes sets the standard for quintessential fine dining.

Building on this Miami legend, each of our locations in Chicago, Las Vegas, and now Washington DC share the same goal: to create the most memorable dining experience for each and every guest.

We are looking for Restaurant Managers that want to be a part of this exciting opening venture.Any polished dining experience in the DC market is ideal. If you have worked in the steak/seafood segment in downtown DC, we would like to meet you!

Requirements

• 3-5 years of full service, high-volume management experience in a polished, fine dining/upscale restaurant
• Skilled in leading, motivating & developing hourly & salaried teams in a high-volume environment
• Excellent organizational skills & follow-through
• Comprehensive operations experience including team leading, financials, inventory & hiring
• Ability to provide a guest-focused approach to floor management & create guest rapport
• Availability to travel for hands on 12-week training program at our Chicago, IL flagship location
