Litigation Support Analyst - Relativity at Washington

Required

Extensive hands-on experience with Relativity.
Experience in an active legal environment with a focus on automated litigation support software and processes, electronic discovery, and electronic trial support.
Good communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to work with a variety of personnel with varying degrees of technical skills.
Ability to conduct formal and informal training sessions on litigation support systems.
Ability to handle a variety of projects and tasks simultaneously.
Excellent client service, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting investigators, attorneys and paralegals by utilizing current litigation support techniques, software, and equipment to provide complex legal support and technical assistance with Relativity.

Responsibilities may include:

* Consulting and advising case teams on best practices for the preparation of documents, matters relating to electronic discovery, and how to best use litigation support technologies to support their projects.
* Understanding the best practices for converting, processing, loading and exporting data and images to and from litigation systems
* Solving issues creatively to diagnose and address inconsistencies and issues in data received from various parties.
* Working with technical teams to integrate Relativity into other non-legal related systems.

Job Requirements

Desired

Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA).
Experience with LAW PreDiscovery, Concordance, and other litigation support applications.
