Dunbar Armored, a nationwide armored car service provider, has an immediate opening for a Shop Foreman / Maintenance Supervisor based in the Baltimore/Washington D.C. Metro Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and assisting with the maintenance and repair of a fleet of heavy, medium, and light duty vehicles by company service technicians and independent service providers.
 
The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, as well as good verbal and written communication skills. The ability to interact and work with other department supervisors is imperative. Previous supervisory experience is a plus. A strong background in medium and heavy-duty vehicle maintenance is a must. This position requires hands-on supervision, and the willingness to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. All applicants must have RECENT experience completing repairs and maintenance on medium duty vehicles.

THIS IS NOT A DESK JOB. This is a great opportunity for a shop foreman / lead mechanic to continue the transition to a management position.

Travel is required throughout Southern Maryland and Northern Virginia.
