Technology Center at 800 K Street Northwest in the China Area. This position is to support the design, development, installation, configuration and customization of TIM/TAM and its components. Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organizations application systems. Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives. May be expected to write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Writes manuals for users to describe installation and operating procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. Typically reports to a manager. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Work is generally performed in a normal office environment where there is minimal exposure to unpleasant and/or hazardous working conditions. Job assignments may require working at client site where working conditions may vary. Travel may be required. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: -Requires a Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a related area and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. MUST: -Have experience with Tivoli Identity Manager and Tivoli Access Manager. -Have a working knowledge of relational databases and client-server concepts. -Be proficient in the Microsoft Office programs, including, but not limited to: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. -Be able to obtain and maintain a Entry on Duty (EOD) clearance. Experience with IBM WebSphere, Arcsight, and Anakam is a plus.
