Position Description: The program is seeking a highly motivated, technically savvy and process driven software engineer to implement a 21st Century Case Management System. A talented team of Software Engineers, System Engineers and Testers is currently delivering Release 1 on the program. This position will be responsible for participating in a scrum team that will develop capabilities for future releases of the system leading to a national deployment of the new system. A quick paced, Agile development environment, co-located with end users, engineers and PMO staff provide the opportunity for constant interactions with customers and engineers at all levels.

Responsibilities

Design and implement a predominately C# software application

Ensure compliance with agile processes and quality standards

Work with users and system engineers in an Agile development approach to understand requirements, then elicit feedback and refine solution through demonstrations

Document software design according to the Governments system lifecycle methodology

Required Experience

8+ years of software development of enterprise systems

3+ years of experience with C# development in the .NET framework

3+ years of nUnit or similar unit testing frameworks

3+ years using the MVC design pattern

Experience using Microsoft Entity Framework

Experience using Windows Workflow Foundation

Experience working with users to define requirements and demonstrate solutions

Experience designing and delivering complex, highly-scalable software components in an large scale enterprise application

Good communication skills (writing and presenting)

Good team interaction skills

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent field

Desired Experience

Experience in a CMMI Level 3 or higher organization

Working knowledge of Raytheon Integrated Product Development System (IPDS)

Six Sigma Specialist Qualified

2+ year of leadership experience

RAZOR data binding

Javascript / AJAX

SQL

Sharepoint Server 2010 customization

Java experience
