Account Representative at Washington

Job Description

Our organization is anticipating a tremendous amount of growth over the next few months. The medical products market space will be limiting its approved distributors and Centrad Healthcare is in position to capitalize on the opportunity.

Our Account Representatives are assigned a geographic territory of our existing nursing homes that they are responsible for visiting bi-weekly/monthly to provide account management and medical product service. Account Representatives will also be responsible for nurturing existing relationships with Centrad Customers, the review and gathering of medical documentation of patients we are supplying medical product, and inventory control.

Our Account Representatives receive a competitive base salary and incentive bonus program, comprehensive benefits package, monthly auto allowance, and travel and expense reimbursements.

• Prospect for new business and follow Centrad’s sales process to close a new customer.
• Travel to assigned facilities to gather supporting documentation on a routine basis.
• Reviews customer charts to obtain information relating to billing.
• Responds to emergencies, urgent orders, and calls from all customers.
• Visits with bookkeeper at each facility to review the accuracy of the billing.
• Organizes in-services on use and care of equipment.
• Maintains leads/prospects lists and updates on a monthly basis.
• Completes Call Reports and submits on a weekly basis.
• Assists team members as needed to meet deadlines and complete miscellaneous projects
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a constructive manner, serving as an intermediary between customer concerns and company needs.
• Completes physical count of all inventory on-hand at facilities.
• Maintain proper confidentiality at all times when answering inquiries.

• Associates Degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field
• 2-4 years of healthcare experience
• Working experience with medical products such as enteral therapy, wound care, ostomy, and diabetic equipment
• Previous experience working in a field-based position
