Job Description

Classification: Accounting Supervisor/Mgr/Dir

Compensation: $112,500.99 to $137,500.99 per year

One of the Americas top 501 (C)(5) labor union organizations located in Washington DC is currently searching for its next Director of Finance & Administration. The Director will be responsible for developing firm wide operating systems and infrastructure to maintain and improve the administrative, financial and business functions. The Director will also oversee the day to day financial and administrative operations of the national headquarters and field offices. Additional duties include: oversight of budget, income, financial controls, audits, human resources and IT.

Job Requirements

Experience with the financial management and compliance requirements for a 501(c)(4) with a related 501(c)(3) strongly preferred;
