Avaya Government Solutions has an opening for a Project Manager.The PM should have at least 15 or more years of experience, including managing and directing a multi-disciplinary staff at a high and complex level in accomplishing the design, development, and/or operations of information/processing systems. The PM should have experience in directing large efforts and the ability to establish program costs and budgeting requirements. The PM should have the ability to determine technical and managerial resource requirements and be responsible for the overall administrative, contractual, and financial aspects of contract efforts. Provides overall management and direction to the technical, financial, and administrative aspects of the contract effort and must be capable of directing a project team.  Web based development: NET, ASP, jQuery, AJAX, JS, XML, XSL, XHTML, HTML  Database: SQL Server DB, MySQL, Oracle  Windows Server: Windows Server 2008 R2  UML/RUP (Rational Unified Processes) tool such as Microsoft Visio  Knowledge and experience in 508 compliance  Knowledge and experience developing ColdFusion

Minimum Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelors degree and 15+ years related experience. Required Qualifications: Security Clearance: Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US citizenship may be required for some positions
