Job Details: Conducts research under the direction of a Principal Investigator. Works on independent projects - designs studies, collects and analyzes data, and reports results. Independently develops experimental methods and performs data analysis. Responsible for coordinating the analytical, administrative and supervisory functions necessary to manage research programs conducted by the department. Coordinates multiple research studies. Develops and implements standard policies and procedures. Integral in the management and operation of the lab. Oversees the management of lab-related materials, including monitoring cost effectiveness. Directs research technicians, assistants and medical students. Assists post-doctoral fellows with their research.

Bachelors degree Major in basic science or related field Masters degree Desired

4 to 8 years of related experience 1 to 3 years supervisory experience required
