The Immigration Senior Case Manager will oversee a wide variety of business immigration matters. Specifically, the responsibilities include providing high level client support as well as the preparation of H-1B, TN, L-1, E-1/E-2, petitions and applications, labor certification (PERM) applications and Adjustment of Status/Consular Processing applications, and preparation and filing employment based non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions.
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university, five years minimum experience specifically in business Immigration Law, and ten plus years of total paralegal experience, preferably in a law firm or corporate law department setting. The candidate will also have case management aptitude and skill, the ability to assess and meet the needs of attorneys, and the ability to lead. We are looking for a result-oriented individual who works well under pressure, and can prioritize and balance competing demands. Candidates must be detail oriented with excellent written/verbal communication, organizational, and computer skills.Morgan Lewis values collegiality and diversity among our employees.
