As a Robert Half Finance & Accounting Recruiting Manager, you will work in all areas of the recruiting process from selling our services to prospective clients, to the recruitment and placement of highly qualified financial professionals. Recruiting functions include locating top accounting and finance talent, interviewing applicants, consulting with candidates on industry trends and placing candidates on a permanent basis. Individuals in this position will work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual growth goals. RHI will provide the industrys most progressive training involving the tools and technology to assist the Recruiting Manager in developing his/her business.
