Candidate must have 8+ years of working experience in IT infrastructure (Networking + Polycom or Cisco UC Infrastructure) including design, integration, operations and support. Experience in AV and IT integration is a plus.

Knowledge:

Expert knowledge in multiple areas of IT infrastructure, such as network infrastructure, UC/Collaboration infrastructure, data/audio/video communications and protocols, remote access, security, web technologies, directory services, messaging etc;

Extensive technical knowledge and experience of designing, installing, configuring and maintaining network infrastructure, Videoconferencing infrastructure, Webcasting components; Skilled in the application of advanced network management and diagnostic tools for predictive analysis and problem resolution; Proven expertise in the operation, administration, maintenance and engineering of enterprise IT infrastructure; Sound knowledge of convergence of voice/data/video onto one single medium; Good understanding of IP-based network services; Strong understanding of security architecture and technologies. Ability to consult with business on solutions and risk analysis.

Ability

Should be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with customers and management; Ability to articulate complex technical ideas both verbally and in writing; Ability to perform work within set services levels and with minimal supervision; Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team; Ability to coordinate and implement ad-hoc and complex assignments; Must be capable of leading special projects and product evaluations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A bachelors degree in related field;
• 8+ years of experience with IT infrastructure including at least Network infrastructure, videoconferencing infrastructure, Web collaboration tools;
• Polycom or Cisco UC infrastructure;
• Relevant Cisco, Polycom, ITIL certification will be a plus.
