Hours: M-F, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Job Details: - Bachelors Degree Required - 5-7 years of experience Manages the day-to-day operations of an individual department, division or service area. Responsible for operational success and assists in defining strategy/direction in accordance with national standards and CNMC policies and procedures.

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Public Administration or other related field. Masters Degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, Public Administration or other related field. 5 years of progressive healthcare related experience. 1 year supervisory or 2 years administration/team leader experience in related job function.

Expertise in the area of specialty. Strong knowledge of JCAHO and other regulatory agency requirements. Demonstrated leadership and management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experienced in department budget and interpersonal communication.
