Commercial HVAC Marketing Manager at Washington

Job Description

Manta Resource, Inc. has partnered with a Global Leader in Commercial HVAC equipment manufacturing to identify an outstanding Product Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing team for North America.  This high visibility position will report directly to the Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing and help drive product innovation throughout  N. America.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Development and execution of product strategy focusing on profitable growth and share gain. 
• Help identify new markets and products by working with Engineering and Sales functions to identify customer requirements as well as analyzing customer and market trends and technologies. 
• Provide brand leadership inside the organization from a functional perspective as well as working with the customer base to develop programs / promotions. 
• Develop and deliver clear, simple differentiated, high impact marketing programs. 
• Provide Leadership to Product Managers and N. America Product Marketing Team 
• Maintain guidance and influence on other key areas that impact the business such as warranty administration, pricing, and forecasting. 
• Contributes to the company and industry by advancing the level of knowledge within that discipline 
• Provides cross-functional guidance and expertise 

Job Requirements

Typical Education Requirements:

 

• BSME or BS/BA in Business or Marketing with 10+ years experience
• MA/MS degree with 7+ years experience

MBA preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

• 5 – 7 years of marketing experience with HVAC Products
• Experience managing P&L to continually assess performance and take necessary actions to improve results
• Experience must include product management and project management with a proven record in achieving project milestones under tight schedules
• Proven ability to develop business strategy and drive implementation
• Thorough understanding of market place dynamics including industry trends and assessment of key competitors programs
• Successful experience in leading teams and working in a matrix environment
• Proven capacity to communicate professionally in written and verbal format across a wide audience
• Superior follow-up and follow-through skills

 

COMPENSATION:

Commensurate with experience/education $125,000 -$150,000
